A recently retired history teacher who loves to play in the dirt and breathe the fresh air, Rob's goal is to provide you with top-notch service as we work together to create a yard that you love! Pictured with him is his son, Bobby, who contributes to the RD Services team in several capacities.
ANDREW VALDEZ
Licensed Irrigator
Andrew is detail oriented and methodical in everything he does -- they only way you'll know he was there is by seeing how flawlessly your irrigation works after his visit. He is precise and neat in his work and his clean up, and he knows his trade.
Andrew has been with us Since 2021. He's a 2019 FMHS graduate. He started with RD Services doing general landscape labor, then became an irrigation apprentice, and then a certified irrigation technician. After a year as a certified irrigation technichian, Andrew became a licensed Lanscape Irrigator in the state of Texas. He handles all of our sprinkler/drainage work, and he's an essential member of our team!
RANDY STUEMPFIG
Landscape Designer
When he's not teaching science he's using the knowledge he gained working a tree farm in college and drawing on years of design experience to create the yard of your dreams.
BUDDY FREEMAN
Team Lead
Buddy has a long history with the RD Services family. He also has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to get the job done and done well. And, as. a bonus, he's a fun-loving guy who is generally up for anything!

Landscaper
Greg is great at implementing your vision and creating the final result that the designer had in mind! He won't stop until the job is done and done well!

Landscaper
Mason has years of experience with all of the different facets of outdoor week. He brings a great mindset, strong work ethic, and attention to detail to every job.
RUBY CLIFTON
Social Media Manager
When she's not teaching Freshman English, she's managing the socials for the RD Services team. There's not a lot of people who could get Rob Dilts to don a Hannah Montana wig -- even though photo editing -- but she can!
SANDIE
Truck Dog In Training
We rescued her from the shelter after the shelter rescued her from the streets. She still has a lot to learn about being a truck dog, but she sure loves being part of our team. She will ask for your attention in rather insistent ways, so sometimes she has to stay home... But if you happen to see her with us, say hi!
